As someone that’s trying to learn to play the guitar, take it from me that Yousician is about the easiest and most fun way to pick up a new instrument. The app has lessons for the piano, guitar, bass, or ukulele, and offers some truly entertaining, Guitar Hero-style training games to help you progress quickly. It’s not a magic bullet by any means, but I find that the more fun I’m having, the more likely I am to keep practicing. And Yousician is the most fun I’ve ever had taking guitar lessons.

GO genes involved in “response to stimulus” expressed at high levels in MФs were also up-regulated in MФ–cancer cell fusion hybrids. In particular, fusion hybrids harbored elevated expression of the MФ-associated gene colony-stimulating factor 1 receptor (Csf1R), a significant recruitment, differentiation, and survival molecule for MФs (26) implicated in regulating prometastatic MФ effector functions (27). To determine whether acquisition of MФ-associated receptor gene expression translated to functional ligand-mediated migration, we analyzed hybrids and unfused cancer cells in Transwell chemotaxis assays coupled to live imaging (IncuCyte Chemotaxis, Essen BioScience). Under these conditions, fusion hybrids migrated toward the ligand CSF1or stromal cell-derived factor-1 (SDF1) at multiple concentrations (shown at 25 ng/ml), whereas unfused MC38 cancer cells were incapable of responding to either chemoattractant; in contrast, B16F10 cancer cell hybrids exhibited decreased migratory responses (Fig. 2, F and G, and fig. S1C). Notably, the presence of a ligand did not change proliferative dynamics of either fusion hybrids or unfused cancer cells (not shown); however, incubation with blocking antibodies to CSF1R or CXCR4 reduced chemotactic responses of fusion hybrids (Fig. 2G). Some hybrid clones expressed both CSF1R and its main ligand, CSF1.

It is the view of Professor Langa, that it showed that Achmat was highly concerned and wanted the Human Resources Subcommittee members to be abreast of new developments with regards to sexual harassment and what is potentially harmful in adult sexting. Professor Langa therefore does not take the view that this intervention in referral to the link might have been inappropriate but rather that it may have been useful, informative and assisted the Human Resources Subcommittee in addressing important issues pertaining to sexual harassment if this issue had ever been reached.

173. It is worth noting that we have received many, many communications from persons who have connections with or involvement in the work of Equal Education. Some have been critical of the organization and persons working within and revealed hurt and distress at how they or others have been treated. Others have been admiring of the organization and appreciative of personal interactions they have had. Many have referred to Isaacs in particular with gratitude, appreciation and affection. We are grateful to all those who have taken the time to reach out to this Panel and let us know their experiences and views.

Persons with a liberal bent of mind, who prize individual freedoms like free speech, gender and racial equality, are especially troubled, for our country appears to be at a juncture where fundamental notions of modern India are under existential threat.
